“I found this and thought I would try it at home and it is just as good as Olaplex for a lot less expensive! My hair is pretty thick so had to make sure I washed all of the product out (especially stage 3) but I can imagine if you didnt wash it out properly it would make your hair seem heavy like some of the reviews are saying”
