Boots Reusable Hot & Cold Compress provides temporary relief from muscular and joint aches and pains, neck pain/stiffness, backache, swelling, sports injuries, headaches and migraine, bruises, toothache, and strains and sprains.
Can be moulded when hot or cold to fit shape of body.
For hot therapy, immerse gel-pack in hot water for 1 to 3 minutes, check temperature, place inside cover, apply to affected area for a maximum 20 minutes, and secure using the elasticated strap with hook and loop fastening.
For cold therapy, place gel pack in freezer for at least 2 hours, remove from freezer, place inside cover, apply to affected for a maximum of 20 minutes, and secure using the elasticated strap with hook and loop fastening.
To clean, hand wash cover and gel-pack in mild detergent, dry gel-pack with a soft cloth, and air-dry cover.
For external use only, do not apply the gel pack directly to the skin, do not apply to damaged skin or an open wound, and people with diabetes, heart disease or poor circulation should consult their doctor before using the product.
Do not lay or lean against hot/cold compress pack, do not fall asleep using the hot/cold compress pack, and do not use with any topical pain relivers or ointments.
For children, elderly and people unable to follow usage instructions, always use under adult supervision.
