An exceptional Fino made at the historic Gonzalez Byass winery from Palomino grapes grown in the chalky soils of Jerez.
Individual casks are hand selected for their longer ageing and intensity of flavour giving an enormously distinctive Sherry with yeasty, nutty aromas and a fresh savoury palate.
Enjoy on its own or pair with seafood and tapas.
Store in a cool, dark place and serve chilled.
