Good to know

  • Uses: relief of symptoms of colds and flu including aches and pains, headache, blocked nose, sore throat, chills, fever and chesty coughs, sinusitis
  • Age restrictions: must be at least 16 years old to purchase
  • Contains Paracetamol
  • Do not take with other flu, cold or decongestant products
  • Check sachet is not broken before use
  • Dissolve contents of one sachet in mug of hot (not boiling) water
  • Take one sachet dissolved in mug (250ml) of hot water every 4 to 6 hours, max 4 sachets (4 doses) in 24 hours
  • Do not give to children under 16 years
  • Do not take for longer than 3 days unless advised by a doctor
  • Do not take more medicine than label tells you to
