Make sure batteries are inserted correctly and have contact, change batteries if necessary
Clean adhesive surface of electrodes with damp, lint-free cloth, let them dry in air and attach again
Interrupt program by pressing ON/OFF button, make sure connecting leads are connected to electrodes, make sure firm contact between electrodes and treatment area, make sure plug of connecting lead is firmly connected to machine, increase pulse intensity in stages
Replace all batteries with correct Alkaline replacement batteries
Check positioning of electrodes, make sure adhesive electrodes are not overlapping, clean skin before each application, avoid using skin cream or oils before treatment, shaving can increase adhesion of electrodes
Stop treatment immediately if skin in treatment area becomes red
