Good to know

  • Preheat oven to 175°C/350°F/gas mark 4
  • Combine cupcake mix, egg, butter, milk/water to make batter
  • Divide batter evenly between cupcake cases
  • Bake until risen and firm to the touch
  • Move to cooling rack and allow to cool
  • Sift icing sugar into bowl and gradually add warm water until thick enough to coat back of spoon
  • Spoon icing onto cooled cakes and top with green sprinkles
  • Wash mug and spoon in warm soapy water before first use
  • Mug suitable for dishwasher and microwave use
  • Inspect mug and spoon regularly and do not use if damaged
