The trays are thin and flexible for comfort. It can make teeth up to 8 shades whiter. The active ingredients have a proven clinical track record. Use for 5 consecutive days for optimal results. Not recommended for pregnant or breast-feeding women, children under 14 years or those with gum problems. Brush teeth before each application. Place the tray in the mouth and gently push into place. Remove after 20 minutes and discard. Rinse remaining gel away from teeth and gums. Avoid swallowing the gel, acid food and beverages, tobacco, coffee, red wine, fruit juice and other staining substances during treatment period. Visit dentist every 6 months. Store in a cool dry place between 8 C and 21 C away from heat and direct sunlight. Do not use after expiry date.
