Good to know

  • The Jackson and Stichbury families have farmed in Marlborough's Wairau River plains for more than 160 years
  • John (Stich) Stichbury's pioneering spirit and hard work led to the 'Stich' Sauvignon Blanc
  • Vines in the Homestead vineyard were planted in 1989 and are managed to ensure low yields
  • Small batches of fruit are picked resulting in concentrated fruit
  • Aromatic notes of zesty citrus and stone fruits on the nose
  • Palate shows rock melon and key lime flavours, with a fine mineral concentration and a crisp acid finish.
