  • Dice red peppers and cherry tomatoes, fry in oil for 6-8 mins
  • Add paste and water to the frying pan, bring to a boil, then simmer until sauce thickens
  • Make 4 wells in the mixture, crack an egg into each, cover and cook for 5 mins
  • Serve with croutons and drizzle with yogurt
