Dissolve contents of sachet in a glass of water and drink the solution
Take one sachet dissolved in water three times a day for two days
Do not take if allergic to any of the ingredients, have diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, kidney disease, or are on a low salt diet
Do not exceed the stated dose
Consult doctor or pharmacist if symptoms persist or worsen after the 2 day course is completed
