  • It has a long maturation process and is slow brewed to perfection
  • It is best served at 5°C in a Tulip glass, poured at an angle of 45°
  • It pairs well with salmon, tuna, shrimp, mussels, matured cheese, broccoli, asparagus and Brussel sprouts
  • In 2012, it won the golden medal at the Brussels Beer Challenge and the consumers award at the Zythos Beer festival.
